Robert Gillum, D.D.S., Diplomate

Dr. Gillum received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1971. He then served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps from 1971-1974. In 1977, he completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Missouri at Kansas City Truman Medical Center. Dr. Gillum is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Gillum is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Society, the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Midwestern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Northside Dental Society and the Academy of Osseo Integration. He has served as President of the Minnesota Society and Midwestern Society of OMS and has served on several committees of the AAOMS.

Dr. Gillum was born and raised in Missouri but now resides in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. He is married with three children and enjoys fishing, woodworking, hunting, boating, traveling and reading.

Laurie Goldenberg, D.D.S., M.D., Diplomate

Dr. Goldenberg received her D.D.S. degree from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1989 and her M.D. degree from the University of Missouri in 1993. She then completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and general surgery internship at Truman Medical Center, University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1994-1995. After residency, she completed a fellowship in facial cosmetics and reconstructive surgery at Truman Medical Center. Dr. Goldenberg is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia.

Dr. Goldenberg is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Society of Anesthesia, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons, the American Medical Association and their respective state and local chapters, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Northside Dental Society.

Dr. Goldenberg comes from a family of physicians including her father and her brother. She is married, her husband is a general dentist. She enjoys outdoor sports and traveling.

Joseph Huss, D.D.S., Diplomate

Dr. Huss received his D.D.S. degree from Marquette University of Dentistry in June, 1997. He then completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Iowa in July, 2001. Dr. Huss is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia.

Dr. Huss is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minnesota Society of Oral Surgeons and the Northside Dental Society.

Dr. Huss was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin and now lives in southwest Minneapolis. He enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, hunting and cycling.

Paul Stannard, D.M.D., Diplomate

Dr. Stannard received his D.M.D. degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in June, 1972. Dr. Stannard then joined the United States Navy and did a rotating dental internship at the Oakland Naval Hospital in Oakland, California. Upon completion of his military obligation, he completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky in 1978. Dr. Stannard is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Stannard is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Minnesota Dental Society and the Northside Dental Society.

William Wilkie, D.M.D., Diplomate

Dr. Wilkie received his D.M.D. degree from Temple University in 1985. Dr. Wilkie served in the United States Navy Dental Corps from 1985-1989 and also completed a one year general practice residency at Bethesda Naval Hospital. Dr. Wilkie completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Louisville School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1993. Dr. Wilkie is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia.

Dr. Wilkie is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Minnesota and Minneapolis Oral Surgery Societies, the Minneapolis District Dental Society and the Northside Dental Society. Dr. Wilkie also serves as co-chair of the Minnesota Oral Surgery Society Anesthesia Review Committee.

Prasad Bastodkar, D.D.S., Diplomate

Dr. Bastodkar received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Loma Linda International Dentistry Program in 2002. He also has a bachelor of dental surgery degree (B.D.S.) from the University of Mumbai, India. Dr. Bastodkar then did a six-month oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at the University of Minnesota. He then completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Minnesota in 2007. Dr. Bastodkar is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. Bastodkar is a member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Northside Dental Society, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Bastodkar is married with two children and enjoys traveling, gardening and reading. He is also fluent in Hindi and Marathi languages.

Christopher De La Mater, D.D.S., Diplomate

Dr. De La Mater received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Iowa in 2006, followed by the completion of his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma in 2010. Dr. De La Mater is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Dr. De La Mater is a member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Northside Dental Society, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the Minnesota Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. De La Mater was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and now lives with his wife in Minneapolis. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling and are avid sports fans.

We realize how important the surgical and office staff is to making your treatment a positive experience. We are fortunate to have a very knowledgeable and caring group of individuals that have many years of valuable experience in our practice and take pride in treating each of our patients with compassion and professionalism.

Surgical Staff

The surgical staff includes skilled oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants who are well trained in all of the procedures performed in our practice as well as in the various anesthetic techniques that we utilize. The assistants are invaluable to our doctors during surgery and will help provide beneficial postoperative information. All of our surgical staff are CPR certified and have to undergo many hours of continuing education each year.

Administrative Staff

The administrative staff includes our front desk personnel and the staff members in our centralized business office. The front desk personnel are here to help facilitate the management of various patient needs including scheduling, records management and a smooth coordination of care with your general dentist or specialist. The staff in our centralized business office have the knowledge to help you understand the intricacies of both dental and medical insurance plans and are available to assist you in any way possible.
